Evelyne St-Louis earned her Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, where she worked as a Research Analyst for the Center for Community Innovation. Previously, she worked for the City of Montreal in transportation demand management. She earned her B.A. in Geography from McGill University.
